Transporter Bridge

What's New  (Under construction)

This site is under construction at present but I wanted to get it up and running so I can join the WWW revolution. I will be adding various pages and links as well as a guest book as soon as possible and no doubt correcting bad links and code. You may have guessed already that I'm a big fan of the Bee Gees and of Space & Sci-Fi and I hope you may find some of the links useful.

 update 20th June 2006

Where does time go, This page seems like it's been under construction for ever, I'm full of good intentions but work gets in the way. Working on a PC everyday for a living means that come finish time, I've had enough of staring at the screen and just want to get away from the computer. It's time now though to get to grips with my site and move it forward. It deserves it and I should give it more attention than I do at present.

 update 23rd June 2006

The first 3 sites in the Misc section are really worth a look,

The Time Movie link makes you stop and think, maybe we do take some things for granted.

Q-Tec is a local, well respected Web Design Team who are really starting to make their mark in the industry, If I ever get to be a 10th as good as these guys then I'll be happy, drop in and have a look at what they can do

Rosie Hardman is a well known folk singer who has branched out into the World Wide Web as well, her site is really good, full of amazing pictures and tutorials that she is willing to share with us all. I first heard of Rosie when a very good friend of mine loaned me a vinyl copy of "Eagle over Blue Mountain", That particular track still sounds as good today as it did way back then, she is one cool Diva and I'm sure she will be delighted if you drop by sometime.

update 23rd Jan 2008

After major problems due to unwanted and unsolicited posts on my Guest Book from spammers, I decided to remove it and forget about the site for a while and concentrate on doing other things outside of the computer. It's been a while now (I didn't realize how long) but feel it's time to get this site finished (Are they ever finished) or at least updated and bad links removed. I see that a few of the links I had to a friends site no longer works so I will have to see why and remove the link if nesc, it's a shame because a lot of work went into the site and was something I used to read quite regularly

The Yorkshire Planetarium at Harewood House, near Leeds, has been turned into a children’s zone, However, it was stressed by the operators that while the project has stalled it will carry on taking its work into schools and communities and still hopes to find a new site to re-open the planetarium in the long term.
